D’Agostini and Stewart Called Up
As per the official Montreal Canadiens site, Matt D’Agostini and Gregory Stewart have been recalled from the Hamilton Bulldogs, and will be practicing with the Habs tomorrow at the Bell Centre. D’Agostini has 47 points in 70 games with the Bulldogs this season, and racking up 32 penalty minutes.
Stewart only has 17 points in 69 games this season, but has amassed a team leading 137 penalty minutes, with a -8.
Both players will most likely play in at least one of the next two games, with the latter (Stewart), most likely playing a very tough role, that we’re missing with Komisarek out of the line up. This will be the first trip to Montreal for both youngsters, who will be looking to make a good impression.
