Back to back game days are never ideal but let’s try to make the best of it, O.K. guys! The Canadiens visit the reigning Stanley Cup champion, Pittsburgh Penguins tonight in Pittsburgh as they hope to continue their dominant play.

Andrei Kostitsyn will be out of the lineup for tonight’s game with what is reported as a fractured foot. Another one bites the dust. In his place will be David Desharnais who the Canadiens’ recalled from the Hamilton Bulldogs earlier in the day. Desharnais just recently came back from an injury of his own and has 4 goals and 6 assists in just 7 games with the Bulldogs so he’ll be looking to make a statement.

Carey Price will be in nets tonight after last nights stellar performance. Price has a 4-2 record in 6 career games against the Penguins, recording a 2.97 goals against average and a .902 save percentage.

This should be interesting to say the least. The Penguins are 16-8 on the season compared to the Canadiens’ record of 12-11, but the Habs have typically played well against the Pens, especially when Price is playing goal.
